The Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Crews of Meramec Ambulance District
Three full-time emergency response crews (Paramedics and EMTs) and approximately 15 part-time crew members provide 24/7 medical response to those residing in the district.
We have 27 full-time personnel that make up our three full-time crews, who are all licensed Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), Paramedics, Registered Nurses (RN), or Critical Care Paramedics (CCEMT-P).
We strive to always give the best patient care to ensure the best possible outcome for our patients, which includes making sure our staff has the proper education and industry-leading training. We are proud to state approximately 80% of our full-time staff have additional certifications as a Critical Care Paramedic or a Flight Paramedic, meaning they have taken additional training and received certification to provide the highest level of patient care possible! Meet the crews of Meramec Ambulance District!
