File for Life

Meramec Ambulance District utilizes a medical information system known as "File for Life". It is simply a form that patients can fill out with all of their pertinent medical information and keep it in a "folder" that magnetically sticks to your refrigerator. When EMS arrives on the scene this "file" can be given to emergency personnel so that care can be taken to treat the patient appropriately. These supplies can be picked up at any of our locations.
