Meramec Ambulance District in an effort to better serve our residents, offer the following services free at any of our locations:
                *-Blood pressure screening
                *-Blood glucose screening
                *-12-lead EKG's
                *-File for life supplies
As always if you have an emergency call 911. These services are simply a courtesy to be utilized for non-emergency screening!

FILE FOR LIFE
Meramec Ambulance District has begun to utilize a medical information system known as "File for Life". It is simply a form that patients can fill out with all of their pertinent medical information and keep it in a "folder" that magnetically sticks to your refrigerator. When EMS arrives on the scene this "file" can be given to emergency personnel so that care can be taken to treat the patient appropriately. These supplies can be picked up at any of our locations. If you need a new form to fill out, you can simply download it and print it from your computer here: File for Life form
