Meramec Ambulance District covers approximately 240 square miles of the northeast quadrant of Franklin County. The eastern boundary being the St. Louis County line. West being the Bourbeuse River near Hwy 50 on I-44. North to the Missouri River and south to near Hwy 30 at E. Linda Ln. on Hwy N and Viehland Rd. on Hwy HH. The district also covers small portions of St. Louis and Jefferson Counties on the southeastern portion. Cities encompassed within the District include:
